Snacks, anyone?? When things are super busy… or even when I’m super relaxed (home on vacation) I often find myself craving something satisfying to keep my tummy happy. I’d like to share some of my favorite easy ‘recipes’ that you can make in your dorm room, apartment or anywhere! I like to take simple healthy foods and turn them into super simple, tasty snacks!! For starters we have:
1. Strawberry Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie
I LOVE smoothies! At this very chilly time of year, a cool refreshing smoothie is probably the last thing on your mind! But honestly, I make one almost every morning! This is possibly one of the best ones I’ve ever made!! It has a handful of fresh chopped pineapple, half a kiwi, a few fresh strawberries, half a banana, a splash of Coconut water and regular H2O!! Super hydrating, extremely refreshing and seriously satisfying!! YUM YUM!

2. Sweet and Salty Popcorn
This is sooo simple!! I just mixed Olive Oil Popcorn (from Trader Joe’s) with a handful of gluten free granola and dried cranberries! Salty, sweet and oh-so-delicious!

3. Sweet Chips and Dip
This has to be one of my favorite treats!! It’s so simple and easy, but it still tastes amazing!! Okay, so in that little container is just natural peanut butter mixed with raisins! And on the side I have gluten free Pop Chips! This is seriously one of the most tasty snacks!! And, it only takes about 2 minutes to prepare! Perfect for a busy college student, or anyone on a tight schedule!
